Once we find a buyer or seller match and we get to the closing with happy parties on both sides of the transaction. Mission accomplished!
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
For me, I believe it’s the constant communication with whomever I am working with … making sure I’m available day or night and thoroughly explaining and brainstorming on solutions. My clients have said I’m available, responsive and make them feel like I’m there for them along the way, both during and after the sale.
