What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
Adventure Tours’ corporate office in Dallas. The job provided me the opportunity to visit their hotels in other countries, and with charter flights out of DFW I was able to take friends with me.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
I always knew I wanted to be a business woman.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
A double Crown Royal with a splash of Diet Coke, barn time with my horses and a little retail therapy. Depending on the stress level maybe all three!
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Princess Diana! Her class and style were iconic.
What is Dallas-Fort Worth’s best-kept secret?
The Mermaid Bar in Neiman Marcus Northpark for lunch. The orange souffle, popovers with strawberry butter and cakes are to die for!
What do you love most about the industry?
The relationships that I have made are definitely what I love most.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
Being born and raised in Dallas has given me my diversity from farm and ranch to the luxury market in the city and suburbs. I am equally comfortable in a business suit or boots and jeans!
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Managing the many different personalities involved in every transaction while keeping the process as smooth as possible, and when it isn’t smooth, finding solutions.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
My business is referral based. If you have a sphere of influence it is vital that you cultivate those relationships and show appreciation for their business and referrals.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
“Landman” and “Lioness” on Paramount+.
What’s your favorite meal in Dallas-Fort Worth?
I’m a meat and potatoes girl, so a good steak with a whiskey is my favorite.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Dallas-Ft. Worth?
It’s actually Dallas’ flying red horse. The massive neon sculpture has kept watch over the city for over 80 years. Dallas would not be Dallas without it.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Showing a property to a buyer and the seller was there. We asked about a hallway door that had padlocks, 2x4s and bungee cords on it. Seller said it’s just a 20×20 storage. BYE!
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I love gadgets and useful tools! I have an extensive collection in my “Realtor survival kit” that lives rent free in the back of my car.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Maui, Hawaii … for the laid back, relaxed lifestyle and beautiful topography. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there and would go back every year if we could.
What is your favorite city after Dallas-Ft. Worth?
Miami. I am an 80’s girl!

Build and cultivate your SOI and we never stop learning.
