How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I have fun with my clients. The most recent example was in Parker county with a new client from Las Vegas. She showed up with flip flops and no jacket and it was pouring rain! We had the best time taking my car “off road,” getting lost and buying fresh eggs from a local farmer.

Working with other agents who are not up to date on their legal and ethical guidelines.
