Ladson has lived in Texas for more than eight years. But his love of real estate began in his youth, growing up in South Carolina surrounded by beautiful properties. He is happy to make a living showing clients all the nuances of a home that make it the perfect place to build a lifetime of memories.

Ladson began his real estate career five years ago with an eagerness to work his way up in the industry and establish a business based on relationships. “My first two years in real estate, I focused mainly on leases,” he says. “Those leases turned into revolving referrals, and now those same clients are ready to buy.”

Ladson holds the designations of Graduate Realtor Institute, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Certified Buyer Representative and multiple honors. He was among HomeSmart’s 2023 Top 10% of Realtors, inducted into its Elite Group and recently appointed mentorship manager for the brokerage.

Every year, Ladson supports at least one teacher by anonymously purchasing their entire Amazon wish list. He loves traveling around the world and shopping at exotic destinations. “Some people call me a ‘silent ninja’ because one minute I’m showing properties or having dinner with someone, and the next day I’m at fashion week in Paris.”
