Relax on my three acres and listen to the birds.

I wish I could ask my grandmother more questions because she came to the U.S. on a ship 1904.

What is Dallas-Fort Worth’s best-kept secret?
It’s not a secret, but the Fort Worth Zoo is spectacular.

What do you love most about the industry?
Working with people. Each transaction is different even after 22 years.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I’ve represented the senior market for 17 years and completely understand the process and the available communities.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Explaining to a seller their home is only worth what the market is paying. That they spent $100,000 on a swimming pool 3 years ago and its value is only $15,000 to $20,000.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
I make presentations at senior communities about how I price a home, and talk to people about real estate and educate them.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Fox News

What’s your favorite meal in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Kincaid’s Hamburgers!

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Touring a home and the owner was asleep in the bed.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Colorado during the summer, to get a break from 110 degrees in Texas.

What is your favorite city after Dallas-Fort Worth?
Frisco

Persistance, honesty, humility, integrity. Listen. Bounce up when knocked down.
