Coldwell Banker names Chicago agent-development exec Tracey Royal to national role

Tracey Royal was appointed Coldwell Banker Realty’s national manager of learning and development.

Royal’s 30 years of industry experience include her stint as vice president of agent development for Coldwell Banker’s Chicago City Region. There, she oversaw five offices and nearly 900 agents.

“I’m honored to step into this national role at a pivotal time in the real estate industry, helping agents to thrive by turning potential into production power,” she said in a press release.

“Tracey’s ability to turn vision into action is unmatched, and she is committed to empowering agents through innovative learning,” said Rebecca Thomson, Coldwell Banker’s national vice president of education. “We are thrilled to bring Tracey’s vast knowledge of the real estate business and her masterful coaching skills to Coldwell Banker Realty agents nationwide.”
