Designated Title, the title company backed by Century 21 Judge Fite Company, reached a 10-year milestone, celebrating a decade of operations.

“Our growth has been driven by the incredible people behind Designated Title,” President Ben Yeatts said in a press release. “Their commitment to serving our clients at the highest level has shaped who we are today. We’re proud of what we’ve built together and even more excited about what’s ahead.”

Since its founding in Dallas-Fort Worth, the title company has grown to serve residential, commercial and farm and ranch land buyers across northern Texas and Oklahoma.

“Reaching our 10th anniversary is a meaningful milestone, but what matters most is the trust we’ve earned along the way,” said Mona Harmon, vice president of operations. “For a decade, we’ve had the privilege of helping families, investors and businesses close with confidence, and we are just getting started.”
