Diane Luckey, Realtor

Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company

Diane Luckey had a lifetime of exposure to real estate before she decided to make it a career. Her parents owned an aircraft business in Dallas that included commercial real estate. For years, her mother suggested she become a Realtor and in 2014, she finally heeded her advice and became licensed.

Born and raised in Dallas, Luckey, a Realtor with Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company, grew up on a farm, which fostered her love of horses. Through membership in American Paint Horse Association and American Quarter Horse Association, she shows horses on a national level. The experience gives her an insider’s understanding of the farm and ranch lifestyle, coupled with her deep understanding of luxury and residential properties.

Before her lengthy career in real estate, Luckey worked jobs that were sales and customer-service oriented. She sold airline and all-inclusive packages to Mexico and the Caribbean for a Dallas travel company and worked as her mom’s assistant in the family’s commercial real estate business. Those jobs ignited her passion for delivering value to clients, before, during and after the transaction closes.

“It’s very rewarding to hear my clients say that I go above and beyond to elevate their experience,” she says.

A key element of her success has been the opportunity to advise, consult and co-list farm and ranch transactions with other top agents. “It’s a true gift to be valued and trusted to help them with their clients and learn from one another,” she says.

Luckey is constantly updating her skills. She holds the designations of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Accredited Marketing Specialist. Taking her career to the next level has earned her Top Realtor honors by D Magazine for the past three years.

Luckey shares her love of horses with others by supporting National Snaffle Bit Association, Equestrians With Disabilities and Equihope, therapeutic horsemanship for individuals with special needs. Support from her family and friends is key to her business success, she says.
