For 15 years in a row, mortgage professional Angela Brad has been a Chase President’s Club member and National Achiever, ranking in the company’s top 10% of home lending advisors nationally. However, in 2023, JPMorgan Chase named her its No. 1 Home Lending Advisor in the nation, which she rates as her greatest professional achievement to date. “I helped more than 222 customers close their loans — over $147 million in volume,” Brad shares. “I’m so proud of this accomplishment.”

Brad, who earned her real estate license at age 18, came to mortgage lending with a natural interest in helping homebuyers achieve their dreams and a degree in business and finance to back it up. When her mother opened a mortgage broker shop in Chicago 23 years ago, Brad closed her first loan within a week and never looked back. Her real estate background helped her quickly learn her role as a mortgage expert, navigating the homebuying process on a more personal and intimate level with clients. “Being both a Realtor and a home lending advisor share a similar goal, which is facilitating the process of attaining generational wealth in real estate,” she explains.

Clients appreciate the level of service Brad and her team of three provide, citing relationship-building and her ability to go above and beyond as key attributes. “This is how I was able to build such an extensive referral network: treat every customer with personal, individualized attention,” she says, adding that she still helps customers she met 23 years ago.

Outside of work, the mother of five stays busy supporting her children’s activities as a soccer, baseball and band mom. Brad also leads Sunday services at her pastor husband’s church and spends time on their small cattle ranch.
