Having relocated several times throughout her life, she empathizes with clients by quickly assessing their home buying and selling goals. She responds to phone calls, texts and emails day and night, going above and beyond to ensure it’s a smooth process to the closing table. With her career closings topping nearly $600 million, she finds her work ethic is paying off.
More than once, Niesman has been ranked a companywide top-producing agent and received the Outstanding Customer Service Award for both her office and the entire company of 1,900+ agents. Niesman grew up in Minnesota and attended college in North Dakota, where she earned a bachelor’s in advertising and public relations, before moving to Dallas. She’s held several advertising and marketing management positions in the Dallas area, gaining the skills that help set her listings apart from the competition’s. In 2003, she became a licensed Realtor in Florida.
When she’s not working, Niesman likes spending time with her grandsons, traveling and enjoying her lake house.
