Anderson is responsible for the firm’s long-term strategies and its many day-to-day functions, including sales, marketing, relocation services, finance, technology and operations. He joined the brokerage in 2018 as its chief operating officer and was promoted to president in April 2021. With more than 30 years of successful experience in finance, banking and sales management, he previously served as president and CEO of Guardian Mortgage, a Dallas-based mortgage company with offices in six states. Anderson also held leadership roles with Bank of America, Countrywide Financial, Wells Fargo, Prudential Home Mortgage and First Union National Bank.
