Samantha Dailey has had family members in the banking, real estate and mortgage industries for decades. “My mom has been a mortgage lender since she was 21,” Dailey says. “Growing up, I remember her being on the phone with customers and closing deals. I naturally gravitated toward all things real estate as I got older.”

As a senior mortgage lender at Chase Bank, Dailey brings a unique blend of expertise and warmth to the world of finance. Her journey into the mortgage world began while she was still in college, when she worked as a Realtor in Saint Louis, Missouri. After college, she realized she preferred to be on the other side of the real estate transaction, prompting her to launch her career as a mortgage lender.

One of Dailey’s most notable achievements in the past year was closing a challenging deal. “I took the time to thoroughly understand the business and financial history of my clients, and I worked closely with our underwriting team to explore alternative loan options,” she recounts. This dedication allowed her to secure a loan for a small-business owner, making it possible for them to purchase their dream home in Southlake. The transaction, she says, “was particularly rewarding because it showcased my ability to think creatively and be persistent in the face of challenges.”

Empathy is a cornerstone of Dailey’s approach, giving her a refreshing and effective business style. “I love to laugh and joke with clients,” she says. “I know about my customers’ personal lives — where their kids go to school and what their favorite sports teams are. I build a level of trust with my customers that many lenders don’t have.”

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dailey is dedicated to giving back, teaching homebuying classes once a month. “Outside of work, you can find me eating my way through Dallas,” she adds with a laugh.
