A resident of DFW since childhood, Brown has an intimate knowledge of the local territory. However, that doesn’t mean he insists on staying local if a buyer has something else in mind. “I make it a point to do what others won’t,” he insists. “I have sold homes in 38 different DFW cities. I travel; I will show you any home anywhere.” For sellers, his staging expertise and background in the residential landscaping industry provide an edge not only in designing the interior for showings, but also in delivering maximum curb appeal.

Brown’s interest in real estate began at age 5, when he asked his father how to buy a house. It didn’t become a career until 12 years ago, when the sale of a business provided the opportunity to focus on studying for his license. He remains grateful for the journey that prepared him for what he always knew would be his favorite role. “My previous careers taught me how to be of service to others and how to be unforgettable,” he says.

Brown is a published author of gift books who unwinds by hunting for rare and unusual antiques, buying and selling muscle cars, and riding his Harley-Davidson. He and his wife enjoy renovating investment properties. For his part, Brown lives by the principle, “The road to success in life is not lived on the ‘highway’; it’s lived on the ‘service road.’”
