Dallas had one of the highest ratios of people moving in vs. those moving out during the first half of the year, a recent analysis found.

The data from MoveBuddha showed Dallas was No. 2 among major cities with a ratio of 1.7 people moving in for every person leaving from January through June. Austin, San Antonio and Houston also made the top 10.
