Chicago-based brokerage Fulton Grace Realty is expanding into Arizona with its first franchise partner. The new office will be led by Steve Zimmerman and Marty Walsh, who will focus on agent development, business coaching and brokerage strategy.

These industry veterans bring a combined 40 years of real estate experience to their new leadership roles. Walsh, a board member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, previously served as the president of the North Shore – Barrington Association of REALTORS®.

“We are ecstatic to bring the unbelievable Fulton Grace real estate magic to Arizona and become a powerhouse player in the market,” Walsh said in a news release.

“I’m committed to exploring new horizons in the real estate industry,” Zimmerman added. “I envision leveraging Fulton Grace’s technology and data-driven insights to enhance the homebuying and selling experience for clients, all while maintaining the human touch that sets us apart as a compassionate and results-oriented real estate broker.”
