Leasing is underway at Resia Dallas West, a multifamily development located on Keeneland Parkway. The project marks the first Dallas-Fort Worth development for Resia.
The eight-building apartment complex includes 336 garden-style, residential units ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. All units feature 10-foot ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, modern cabinetry, private balconies and a washer and dryer. Residents will also have access to on-site amenities including a 24-hour fitness center and a swimming pool.
Rents start at $1,281 per month for a one-bedroom apartment.
