Calling all pickleball lovers! On Oct. 9, Plano City Council approved a rezoning request from Metropolitan Interests and Hines for a five-story, 390-unit apartment complex in Plano that will feature six pickleball courts.
The Railside Lofts and Courts will be located on the corner of 13th Street and Municipal Avenue. The project will also include an on-site restaurant from Bouldin Acres.
Proposed plans for the development also include a five-story parking garage and a dog park.
