Lennar recently held a grand opening for Foree Ranch, a new master-planned community in Providence Village with 1,450 homesites.  

Residences will come from Lennar’s Classic, Cottage, Watermill and Wellton single-family home collections with one- and two-story layouts. Homes will be priced from the mid-$200,000s, range from 1,025 to 2,448 square feet and have two to four bedrooms and two to three baths.  

Community amenities will include a resort-like swimming pool with a lazy river and cabanas, community center, playground, dedicated food-truck area, baseball field and tennis courts. There will also be an amphitheater and parks, fitness center and fishing pond. The neighborhood is served by the Aubrey Independent School District.
