Perch Denton, a single-family rental (SFR) community from Good + West Residential, earned the Excellence Award for Design and Development from Multi-Housing News (MHN).

“We are honored to receive the MHN Excellence Award,” Elizabeth Good, partner at Good + West, said in a press release. “From the outset, we envisioned Perch Denton as a unique living experience for our residents, and it’s exciting to see them enjoying the community we’ve created.”

The 195-unit community was developed in partnership with Montgomery Street Partners and Capital Square. All homes feature 10-foot ceilings, mudrooms, modern kitchens and private, fenced-in yards with complimentary yard maintenance. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubroom and covered parking.
