Curve Development broke ground on Cyrene at Painted Tree, a 302-unit collection of single-family rentals in the Painted Tree master-planned community in McKinney.

Cyrene at Painted Tree will span 60 acres in the community. All homes will feature three to four bedrooms with attached two-car garages and private back yards. Additionally, all homes will include a dedicated office space. Residents will also have access to on-site amenities such as swimming pools, food truck courts, playgrounds and 25 miles of nature trails.

Preleasing for the build-to-rent project is set to begin this spring.
