Silo Mills, a new-home community in Godley from developer Terra Manna, added Perry Homes and Taft Homes to its builder lineup.
Perry Homes will build 47 homes on 50-foot lots, with pricing starting in the low-$400,000s. Taft Homes will build 45 homes on 60-foot lots, with pricing ranging from $339,900 to the mid-$400,000s. Both builders will likely deliver model homes early next year.
“Our vision for Silo Mills is to create a community that gives families more choices, not only in the homes they buy, but in how they want to live,” Bret Pedigo and Bobby Harrell, owners of Terra Manna, said in a press release. “Adding Perry Homes and Taft Homes expands those choices and reflects the continued growth and momentum we’re seeing across the community.”
Perry and Taft join existing Silo Mills builders Bloomfield Homes and Chesmar Homes, which are offering homes up to 4,200-square-feet in size.
Current community amenities include a pool, amenity center, parks, green spaces, hiking and biking trails, playgrounds and a fishing pond. Future plans include a dog park, fitness center and a second pool.
Upon full buildout, Silo Mills will feature 2,300 single-family homes. The community, located on Farm-to-Market Road 917, is zoned to Godley Independent School District.
