Sales begin for Toll Brothers at Bristol Valley in Heath

Toll Brothers opened a new community within the Bristol Valley development in Heath. A sales center is located at 109 Arbor Glen Drive.

The builder’s Toll Brothers at Bristol Valley community features two single-family home collections with architectural styles including modern farmhouse, traditional, classic, transitional and Hill Country.

Homes are situated on either half-acre or one-acre lots, with plans ranging from 3,200 to over 6,000 square feet. Designs feature four to five bedrooms, three- or four-car garages and open concept layouts. Pricing starts at $1.05 million.

Bristol Valley is zoned to Rockwall Independent School District, specifically Amy Parks Elementary, Maurine Cain Middle School and Rockwall-Heath High School. Additional homebuilders at Bristol Valley include Highland Homes and Perry Homes.
