Toll Brothers will build Toll Brothers at Horizon Lakes within the Horizon Lakes master-planned community in McLendon-Chisholm.

Toll Brothers’ community will feature 60- and 75-foot homesites. Floor plans will range from 2,900 to over 4,900 square feet, with pricing starting in the low-$600,000s. Sales are expected to start early next year.

“Toll Brothers at Horizon Lakes will offer an exceptional lifestyle for home shoppers seeking luxury living in a premier master-planned community,” Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers in Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release. “With stunning home designs and access to extensive amenities, this community will be the perfect place to call home.”

Horizon Lakes amenities include a lakeside clubhouse, fitness center, two swimming pools and walking and biking trails. The community is zoned to Rockwall Independent School District.
