Toll Brothers began sitework on Creekbend, its new community located at 3908 Ozark Drive in Celina.

The builder will offer both one- and two-story single-family homes on 50- and 60-foot lots. Designs feature three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, with personalization options available. Sales are expected to start early next year, with pricing projected to start in the upper $500,000s.

Creekbend amenities will include a pool, playground and outdoor common areas. The community is zoned to Prosper Independent School District.
