Six master-planned communities in the Dallas area were recognized by RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s ranking of the top 50 MPCs in the country, with Silverado ranking No. 16.

The Aubrey community, developed by D.R. Horton, was the highest-ranking Dallas-area community based on 2023 sales. Silverado sales actually decreased 9% year over year, however, with 721 sales compared to 795 in 2022 — but the community still jumped four spots from the company’s mid-year ranking.

Additional Dallas MPCs in the top 50 were Windsong Ranch, which ranked No. 33 with 551 sales; Painted Tree, which ranked No. 42 with 448 sales; Pecan Square, which ranked No. 45 with 405 sales; Union Park, which ranked No. 46 with 402 sales; and Harvest, which ranked No. 48 with 391 sales.
