LGI Homes is now selling at Creekside Estates, a new-home community in Terrell.

The builder will offer 141 lots with three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans available. Prices start around $300,000.

Community amenities include playgrounds, a pool, walking trails and various parks and green spaces.

Creekside Estates is zoned to Terrell Independent School District.
