Toll Brothers will build upon its existing new-home community at Creek Meadows West in Northlake with a new phase of development.
The new phase features one-acre homesites with single-family homes priced from the low $900,000s. Prospective buyers can visit the sales center at 2008 Creek Meadow Lane.

Toll Brothers at Creek Meadows West is zoned to Northwest Independent School District.
