821 Investments and Craig International opened Emerald Bay at Cedar Creek Lake, a gated community located on Cedar Creek Lake about an hour southeast of Dallas in Caney City.
The 44-acre development features 71 homesites, including 30 deep-water shoreline properties with direct water access. Interior lots have options for boat slips.
Developers have also implemented a “no short-term rental” rule for homeowners.

Lot prices range from the low $200,000s to the $700,000s. Custom homebuilders for Emerald Bay include Amber DiLane Homes, Keeter Custom Homes, Coastal Plains Estates and Ruffin Custom Builders. Duggan Realty Advisors is serving as the exclusive listing agent.
