Austin-based brokerages ERA Experts and Sprout Realty have partnered their Texas operations. The latter will now operate as Sprout Realty ERA Powered.

Sprout Realty was established in 2017 and has grown to a team of over 80 agents in its seven years of operation. The brokerage will remain under the leadership of founder Cody Cooper, as well as COO and co-owner Barrett Tilson.

“Sprout Realty’s strategic move to collaborate with ERA Experts was driven by the opportunity to elevate our brand and expand our reach, both locally and globally,” Cooper said in a press release, adding that the brand has plans to scale to “Waco, Dallas-Fort Worth, throughout northwestern Texas and beyond.”
