Guaranteed Rate Affinity named Linda Vo its new regional manager in North Texas. Vo has 20 years of industry experience, most recently as a production manager with Lennar Mortgage.

In her new role, Vo will oversee Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s loan officers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and scale the company’s recruiting efforts.

“After being in this industry for over two decades, I have learned that you can find work anywhere, but very few places offer a place where you feel welcomed, supported and like-minded — a workplace that feels like a home,” Vo said in a press release. “I feel like I have come home to Guaranteed Rate Affinity. I am among my people with growth mindset individuals.”

Vo was the president of the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s Dallas-Fort Worth chapter in 2024.
