Longhorn Realty will now form Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtor's new Longhorn Farm & Ranch Division.

Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors acquired Longhorn Realty. The former Texas Hill Country brokerage, which specializes in land, farms and ranches, will now form Coldwell Banker Apex’s Longhorn Farm & Ranch Division.

Longhorn Realty, which was founded in 2010, achieved a sales volume of about $40 million in 2025. The entire team, including ownership, is moving to Coldwell Banker Apex.

“With Coldwell Banker Apex’s growth in central Texas, we wanted to enhance our land and ranch presence in the region,” Owner Lori Arnold said in a press release. “Longhorn Realty was a natural fit, bringing not only the expertise we were looking for but also a shared culture and values.”
