Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, 22-year industry veteran Erica Y. Wells relocated to Dallas in 1998. Her early experience in leasing and property management required constant travel across the Dallas-Fort Worth area long before navigation apps existed, building a street-level understanding of neighborhoods that anchors her work today. She transitioned into residential real estate during the 2008 housing crisis, guided by her passion for helping clients navigate uncertainty.
Although Wells specializes in real estate across Dallas-Fort Worth, she is expanding her reach into Houston, Austin and San Antonio. She serves everyone from first-time buyers to luxury and international clients, specializing in corporate rental relocation and executive leasing. Given her thorough and methodical process, there’s nothing accidental about the results she achieves. Clients consistently value her tenacity, authentic communication and exceptional follow-up. Pairing a disciplined process with direct, steady guidance, she always advocates for her clients’ best interests.
In 2025, Wells earned her Texas broker license and founded The Wells Collection Realty Group. She serves as a partner on the Dallas-Fort Worth rental relocation team, which earned her the CARTUS Global Relocation Network’s Platinum Commitment to Excellence Award in 2025 after previously receiving recognition in 2021. She has earned Coldwell Banker International honors every year since 2017 and top-closing agent awards in multiple offices. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as state and local associations.
Beyond real estate, Wells is establishing North Texas 7 Blessed, a nonprofit supporting unhoused individuals and members of the real estate community facing hardships. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, traveling, scenic drives, music and time spent near the water. Guided by her parents’ values and inspired by a father who spent four decades in commercial real estate, she leads with integrity, persistence and service.
