Century 21 Judge Fite Company appointed Cassy Nutt its North Texas district sales manager and Kevin Vital and Chantile Evans as regional sales managers.

“Strengthening our leadership team is an important part of supporting our continued growth,” President Ashley Conlon said in a press release. “Kevin, Chantile and Cassy bring the experience and leadership needed to develop our people, strengthen our offices and create new opportunities across the markets we serve.”

Nutt, previously the Fort Worth regional sales manager, now oversees the brokerage’s offices in Bishop Arts, Lake Highlands, Decatur/Bridgeport, Ennis, Flower Mound/Irving, Fort Worth, Alliance, Plano, Rockwall and Waxahachie. The role was previously held by Frances Cruz, followed by interim District Sales Manager Tim Gauntt.

“What excites me most is the opportunity to broaden my impact by supporting leaders and real estate professionals across the district,” said Nutt. “I’m passionate about helping people recognize their potential, strengthen businesses and achieve success in their careers. This role gives me the opportunity to bring that passion to a larger group while helping create greater collaboration, consistency and momentum across our offices.”

Judge Fite also appointed two new regional sales managers: Kevin Vital will serve as regional sales manager of the Frisco/McKinney branch, while Chantile Evans will hold the role for the Dallas – Lake Highlands office.

“I hope we become known as an office where talented professionals choose to stay, grow, collaborate and build sustainable businesses,” Vital said. “Success should be measured not only by production, but also by agent development, retention, client experience, community impact, professional standards and the strength of our office culture.”

“I am a servant leader through and through,” Evans added. “I value people and their success. I believe if our agents feel valued, they will value their clients. I hope to build a vibrant, collaborative culture that is focused on strengthening relationships and being super productive.”
