Century 21 Judge Fite Company promoted three members of its leadership team to new roles: Tim Gauntt, Brad Horak and Anna Hoff.
Gauntt will now serve as vice president of sales, leveraging his prior experience as a brokerage owner, sales leader and district sales manager. In his new role, he’ll focus on sales performance and agent support.
“My experience on the leadership team has given me a broad view of what it takes to build a successful brokerage while never losing sight of the individual real estate professional,” Gauntt said in a press release. “I have spent decades as a broker-owner and have had the opportunity to lead offices, develop managers, coach real estate professionals and contribute to decisions that affect the company as a whole. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue investing in our people, supporting our leaders and helping position Century 21 Judge Fite Company for continued growth.”
Horak and Hoff will serve as regional sales managers for the Southlake/Colleyville and Flower Mound/Irving offices, respectively. Hoff has nearly two decades of industry experience, while Hoff has a background in real estate sales, recruiting, construction management and office leadership.
“Brad Horak is uniquely prepared to lead our Southlake/Colleyville Regional office. He previously served this office alongside Tim Gauntt, so he already understands its people, culture and history. His integrity, attention to detail and people-first leadership make him the right person to guide the [office] into its next chapter,” said Ashley Conlon, president of Century 21 Judge Fite. “Anna brings energy, business acumen and a genuine heart of developing people. She is ready to build upon Flower Mound/Irving’s strong foundation and help its real estate professionals achieve even greater success.”
