Grant Gold, an 18-year veteran of the real estate industry, is now affiliated with Douglas Elliman Real Estate and will operate out of the brokerage’s Dallas office. Gold was previously vice president of Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
With experience in both residential and commercial real estate in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Manhattan, Miami and Las Vegas, Gold achieved a sales volume of more than $18 million in 2025.
“My decision to make the move was driven first by the leadership of Concho [Minick] and Melissa [Webb], and by the incredible culture and energy I experienced from Breah [Brown] and the other agents in the Dallas office,” Gold told DFW Agent. “The combination of that positive, collaborative environment, along with the brokerage’s exceptional resources, reputation and global reach, made it feel like the right place for me to grow my business and take it to the next level.”
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Gold has been involved with the Urban Land Institute and the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS®. He previously served as vice president of The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he oversaw the company’s Houston assets including The Woodlands and Bridgeland.
