Douglas Elliman Realty announced that Concho Minick has joined as Executive Manager of Sales for Dallas-Fort Worth. Prior to this acquisition, Minick served as the CEO and Principal of Christie’s International Real Estate Ulterre.

“Concho has an impressive record of leadership,” Douglas Elliman’s press release states. “His emphasis on creativity and fostering a positive culture through unwavering support for his agents will be critical in further expanding Elliman’s presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”

Minick achieved his Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance from Texas Christian University, then continued on to earn his Masters degrees in Business Administration – Finance and Environmental Science – Industrial Environmental Management from the Yale School of Management. He will take on a directorial role with Dallas sales operations, focusing on growth and development for Elliman agents. He will also be involved in recruiting new agents.

Former executive manager of sales Mike Reddell will remain at Douglas Elliman as a sales agent.
