Condor Equity is set to begin vertical construction of Arlington 8, an eight-unit townhome project located near the University of Texas at Arlington.

The townhomes will feature three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Construction and project management will be led by CK Management Services and Next Way Concepts.
“This project represents the next chapter in Arlington’s growth story,” Art Wilson, co-founder and managing partner of Condor Equity, said in a press release. “We are creating residences that bring design, community and long-term value together in a location where demand has consistently outpaced supply.”
The project is slated for completion in early 2025.
