Dallas native Angela Thornhill began her residential real estate career in 2005 after serving as a real estate attorney. Since then, she’s found her new career to be a perfect fit because it combines the analytical skills and attention to detail of her legal background with her love of people and desire to guide clients through important real estate decisions.
After working for years as an agent, Thornhill moved into leadership roles at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019 and now serves as broker of record and general counsel for the entire brokerage, which counts almost 400 agents across its North Texas footprint. Thornhill also serves as vice president of sales for the firm’s Turtle Creek and Lakewood offices.
Being married to a builder — Thornhill’s husband Mark owns Thornhill Custom Homes, which specializes in energy-efficient luxury homes, additions and remodels in Lakewood, Forest Hills and Preston Hollow — Thornhill has a thorough understanding of the construction process, which has been a tremendous advantage for her clients.
