The Eastridge master-planned community in Princeton ranked as the top-selling Dallas-Fort Worth-area MPC on RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s Mid-2025 Top 50.
The Green Brick Partners community debuted with 299 sales during the first half of the year. That made Eastridge the top-selling MPC in the DFW area, plus the No. 21 community in the United States.
Also in the top 25 nationally was Silverado in Aubrey. The Rise Communities development ranked No. 25 with 276 sales (virtually unchanged from the first half of 2025).
Further down RCLCO’s list were Liberty Trails (No. 27) from D.R. Horton with 272 sales; Painted Tree (No. 31) from Oxland Group with 262 sales; Elevon (No. 44) from MA Partners with 225 sales; and Lakehaven (No. 45) from Green Brick Partners with 224 sales.
With strong sales in six Dallas-Fort Worth-area communities, the metro accounted for 8% of all sales in RCLCO’s Top 50.
Florida was the top-performing state, making up 44% of all ranked sales. Texas followed at 31%. The Villages MPC in central Florida maintained its rank as the top-selling community; with 1,800 sales in the first half of the year — up 12% year over year — it’s on track to keep that rank at year’s end.
