The Dallas-based brokerage Al Coker and Associates has joined with Douglas Elliman Realty, marking the third top-producing team to unite with the firm this year. They will now operate out of Douglas Elliman’s Dallas office.

Industry veteran Al Coker leads the nine-person team, which he founded in 2000. They specialize in the marketing of luxury condominium and townhome developments. The team’s extensive portfolio — which includes sales at The Mayfair, The House, Mercer Square, 588 Lofts, The Terrace and more — promises Douglas Elliman an increased presence in the local market.

“Dallas is a key market for us and with Al and his team joining Elliman, we are setting the stage for tremendous success in Texas,” Stephen Kotler, chief executive officer of Douglas Elliman Realty’s Western Region, said in a press release. “Al is highly regarded for his innovative sales and marketing strategies, and he and his team will be an invaluable asset for strengthening our presence across the state.”

Coker also expressed his excitement in the press release. “I have admired Douglas Elliman Realty for many years, especially from my time on the East Coast, so I could not pass up the opportunity to join the brokerage,” Coker said. “There is an undeniable synergy between the two brands, and I could not envision a better match.”
