Ayoub Rabah, who has served as president of Coldwell Banker Realty in the Central West region since 2018, was recently promoted to the role of regional president, Midwest.

In this new position, Rabah oversees 6,746 agents across 84 offices across Greater Chicagoland, Michigan, Texas, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin. Combined, these offices brought in a total sales volume of more than $17 billion with 42,713 transactions in 2022.

Previously, as president of the Central West region, Rabah oversaw the daily sales operations for more than 50 offices across Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, Southeast Wisconsin and Southwest Michigan, leading 3,500 affiliate sales professionals.

In 2019, he was recognized by the Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate.
