Certain Dallas agents are carving their mark in the luxury industry — and their listing volumes speak for themselves.

AgentStory.com analyzed luxury home sales in Dallas to determine which listing agents were responsible for the most sales in the $1 million-plus range during the time from November 2022 to October 2023.

The agent with the most $1 million-plus listings was Nancy Johnson of COMPASS RE Texas, who accomplished a sales volume of over $26 million across 21 transactions.

Johnson was followed by Faisal Halum of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty with 12 sales, Julie Provenzano of COMPASS RE Texas with nine sales, Amy Detwiler of COMPASS RE Texas with eight sales, Danna Morguloff Hayden of Ebby Halliday, REALTORS with eight sales, Megan Stern of Dave Perry Miller Real Estate with eight sales, Richard Graziano of Allie Beth Allman & Associates with eight sales, Alexandra Marler of COMPASS RE Texas with eight sales, Martha Morguloff of Ebby Halliday, REALTORS with seven sales and Jeannie Nethery of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty with seven sales. Agents with the same number of sales were ranked based on sales volume.

The listing agent with the highest total sales volume of listings over $1 million was Amy Detwiler of COMPASS RE Texas — while she ranked No. 4 in the state for number of transactions, her total sales volume, $27,650,300, was higher than any other Dallas listing agent.

Detwiler was followed by Nancy Johnson with $26,453,750, Fasial Halum with $24,242,417, Danna Morguloff Hayden with $19,555,000, Sharon Redd of Dave Perry Miller Real Estate with $19,370,000, Megan Stern with $17,852,000, Richard Graziano with $16,247,000, Ryan Streiff of Dave Perry Miller Real Estate with $15,625,025, Julie Provenzano with $14,925,000 and Becky Frey of COMPASS RE Texas with $14,830,000.
