COMPASS announced that Kelli Macatee has joined its executive sales team in Dallas-Fort Worth. In her new role as a sales manager and associated broker, she will work with agents in COMPASS’ Flower Mound office.

A former agent with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Macatee joined Compass in 2019. Shortly after, she became the founding principal of The Macatee + Wells team, and additionally served as the director of operations for the Danuser Rado Group in 2023.
