Ovation at Galatyn, a 361-unit multifamily community located in Richardson, is officially open to residents. The project was a joint venture between Legacy Partners and Bridge Investment Group.

Developers broke ground on the community in June 2021 with financing from First United Bank and Trust Co. WDG handled design, while Provident GC served as the general contractor.

Ovation at Galatyn consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as multiple plaza-level live-work units. All apartments feature granite and quartz countertops and smart home technology, with select floor plans including patios or balconies.

On-site amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubroom, coworking lounge, arcade, podcast studio, outdoor game room, dog park, sky lounge and tennis/pickleball court. Residents also have access to on-site bike storage.
