Landsea Homes Corp. has started selling homes at its new Cleburne community, Belle Meadows. 

The development comprises 33 single-family homes ranging from 2,050 to over 3,200 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices start in the low $400,000s. 

Interiors include stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast nooks, garden tubs, walk-in closets, backyard patios and double garages.
