The Katy Hospital was built in Parsons, Kansas, in 1916. Now, two buildings from the historic institution are for sale, as is, for $50,000 each. They sit on 6.64 acres of land.
Over the years, the first two floors of the hospital have been used as a haunted house. The other building is a colonial-style house. Both are listed by Cynthia White of Bill White Realty.
