Sales are underway at Pirate Village, a community from Landsea Homes in the Fort Worth suburb of Granbury.

The builder is offering 72 single-family homes with both one- and two-story floor plans. Homes include three to four bedrooms and two to 2.5 bathrooms. Prices begin at $319,990.

All homes in Pirate Village include Landsea’s High Performance Home features and utilize Apple Home for automation, like entry locks, doorbell cameras, thermostat control and light dimmer switches.

“Our homes are thoughtfully crafted with modern families in mind, but they’re also designed to feel timeless and serve as a natural extension of the community’s character,” Will Grimes, vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea’s Dallas-Fort Worth division, said in a press release. “Whether you’re a young family putting down roots or a move-up buyer looking to settle somewhere with heart, Pirate Village is the community to call home.”

Pirate Village is zoned to Granbury Independent School District.
