LGI Homes is expanding its offerings at Yarbrough Farms with two new townhome floor plans priced from $290,000.
The 1,545-square-foot Addison plan features two bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an attached two-car garage, plus an open-concept main floor, walk-in pantry, upstairs laundry room and walk-in closets.
The 1,798-square-foot Marsh plan, meanwhile, features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a lofted flex space, attached two-car garage, mudroom and extended outdoor space.
The builder’s earlier offerings at Yarbrough Farms include attached townhomes priced from the mid- to high-$300,000s.
