Mill Creek Residential opened doors to residents at Modera Trailhead, a new mixed-use community in East Dallas.
The project, located at 7532 E. Grand Ave. south of White Rock Lake, features 285 multifamily units and 12,500 square feet of retail space. Offerings include studio-, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with private balconies or patios, nine- and 10-foot ceilings, stainless-steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers.
Residents have access to on-site amenities like a pool, indoor-outdoor sky lounge, rooftop terrace, courtyards, coffee bar, pet spa and fitness center. The development also offers direct access to two popular trailheads: the Santa Fe Trail and the Trinity Forest Spine Trail.
“Our goal was to create a place that not only welcomes visitors but also provides a moment of rest and connection for the larger community,” said Chad Boyette, Mill Creek’s vice president of development for North Texas.
Companies that have signed commercial leases for retail space include workout franchise Madabolic and Beans & Brews Coffee House.
