UnionMain Homes opened a model home at Myrtle Creek, a master-planned community in Waxahachie. The model also doubles as the builder’s on-site sales center.

Located at 225 Wintergrass Drive, “The Jackson” features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple flex spaces, walk-in closets and a three-car garage.

The model is one of 11 floor plans available to buyers. Designs range from 2,224 to 3,948 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with options for garage upgrades. Pricing begins at $469,990 for the least expensive plan and $619,990 for the most expensive plan.

“We’re thrilled to expand into Myrtle Creek, a community that offers the best of both worlds — big city accessibility with close proximity to the Metroplex and the small-town charm of historic downtown Waxahachie,” CEO Tim Gehan said in a press release.

Gehan added that the community’s amenities, including playgrounds, pools, fire pits and a lazy river, are intended to encourage connection among resident families.
